Our passion for truffles ignited in 2012 during a memorable dining experience at one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the vibrant heart of New York City. Initially skeptical, we were soon captivated by the mesmerizing allure and extraordinary culinary potential these delicacies possess. This revelation sparked an insatiable desire within us to learn more, experience more, and revel in all that truffles had to offer. Our quest took us to Europe, which has a strong cultural connection to mushrooms and truffles. There, we sought a deeper knowledge and a better understanding of the diverse world of mycology.

Later, we ventured to Oregon, where we not only "hunted" truffles but also enjoyed taking part in one of the annual Truffle Festivals. It was after this journey that we decided to move forward with our plans. We attended classes, we sought expert guidance and mentorship from one of the top Mycologists in the United States. We delved deep into the scientific intricacies of truffle cultivation. A decade of dedicated perseverance later, we proudly present the culmination of our journey: Templum Truffles.
